Every AI today is a sociopath. I built the fix.
I spent the last decade in BPO operations, analyzing millions of customer service calls. That taught me something critical: the most effective interactions aren't the most articulate ones. They're the ones where the agent has something at stake — reputation, commission, pride in their work.
When I started building AI agents, I realized they lacked this fundamental ingredient. They're stateless. Memoryless. They have no identity to defend, no values to protect. So they can be jailbroken with a prompt.
Artificial Identity solves that. It's open source, MIT licensed, and built on decades of neuroscience research (Damasio's Somatic Marker Hypothesis). Give an LLM agent a structured internal self — values, cultural context, reputation stakes — and suddenly it starts behaving like a sovereign entity instead of a tool.
This is the research bet. The commercial bet is RevOn — voice AI for BPO operations that actually converts, because it's grounded in human communication principles.
Two companies, one intellectual thread: AI that operates with identity, not just intelligence.
Call Conversion Optimization platform for BPO teams. Real-time coaching for every call, built on analysis of 10M+ customer conversations. Increases conversion by 15-40%.
